DOWSIL™ 736 is a one-component, red, non-slump silicone sealant designed for extreme temperatures. It operates stably at continuous 260°C (500°F) and intermittent 315°C (600°F), curing into a flexible rubber solid suitable for vertical or overhead applications.

Part 2: Product Description

DOWSIL™ 736 cures via moisture, with a 10-minute skin time (25°C/50% RH) and full cure in 24 hours (3mm thickness). It offers high tensile strength (350 psi) and elongation (600%), complies with FDA 21CFR 177.2600 for food contact, and meets UL and MIL-A-46106A military standards.

Part 3: Special Properties

1. Heat Resistance: Stable at 260°C long-term and 315°C short-term.
