High mast light using high thermal conductivity material and independent heat-sink per LED chip become an effective solution to heat problems then LED light decline can be reduced to a minimum making lamp life more than 80.000 hours. LED models availability up to 1100W let users to replace from 2000W to 3000W HPS or MH HID lamps with more than 85% energy saving and 200% maintenance costs savings. So Return of Investment (R.O.I) is much less than one year making this technology "mandatory" for large-scale outdoor high poles applications.
Using also the long life and high reliable Mean-Well power supply we have made a breakthrough. Use this design the power life has been as high as 65,000 hours or more, which ensure the reliability and stability of the total lighting system.
Using optical grade PMMA lens with several Beam angle options we also can reduce the light loss and increase the effective illumination distance up to 300 m.
IP67 protection grade is reached handling the product waterproof by the method of single lamp seal and sealed combining, ensure the water resistance of the lamp while meet the thermal conditions, making the lamp more secure, more reliable.

Latch barrel with inner mounting bracket locker is mounted to an underside of the mast-top pulley assembly. Furthermore, all steel cables are not exposed and more effectively protected.
Latching mechanism latched on steering arms is able to release strain on steel cables when in the operation position. The process of latching on and off is stable and without vibration.
The bumper is designed on the luminary mounting bracket for avoiding direct damage between mast-top assembly and the raising luminary mounting bracket.
The leveling device for luminary support bracket is easy to operate and convenient to adjust level.
Special designed red-flag indicator has obvious visual effects and reflects actual situation of latching operation.

Quality

1. All of our material are purchased from famous mill factory to assure the quality

2. A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unload the material in our factory; otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material.

3. Before put into production, all the material must pass the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have met the requested strength and component.

The material is in accordance with NF EN 10025
Standard and NF EN 10149 Standard,it has the following property.
- Toughness remains the same under 20 degrees below zero.
- Galvanization is in accordance with NFA35503 Standard Class 1.
