Technology:

一.Hot-dip galvanizing

1.With world class hot dip galvanizing process and more than 80 μ m coating thickness, we can meet the

customer requirements in parts to make the coating thickness up to 100 μ m or more.

2.Combined closely with the plating , it has high corrosion resistance in the case of marine salt spray corrosion of industrial.

3.Hot-dip galvanized surface can get bright appearance and uniform color.

二.Spraying

1.We adopt the advanced electrostatic spraying production line to make coating thickness more than 100 μ m.

2.Our outdoor UV polyester powder does not fade with long exposure to the Sun and with more than 5 year use.

3.Dense coating, adhesion, impact resistance and good toughness help it not fall off more than 10 years.

4.With spray smooth and bright surface and offered sand, marble, metal pattern, silk as well as a variety of

surface textures ,it has a very good decorative effect!

5.It meets GB/T 15607-1995 standard.

Equipment:

一．Bending machine    

model: WC67Y-1600T15000

1.Our company has international advanced large CNC bending equipment: a bending length up to 15 m, a 

bending thickness up to 30MM, the maximum processing rod diameter up to 3500MM.

二．Laser cutting

model: QY-LCF-1325  Cutting thickness up to 25MM

1.High precision：Cutting accuracy is less than 0.05mm.

2.Narrow kerf：Kerf width of 0.10 ~ 0.20mm.

3.Smooth cutting surface: Burr-free cutting surface, general control cut surface roughness within the Ra12.5.

4.Fast speed: Cutting speeds up to 10m / min, the maximum positioning speed up to 70m / min.

5.High cutting quality: There is no thermal deformation of workpiece.

三．Welding

1.The company has a number of Panasonic Matsushita automatic gas shielded welding and submerged arc 

welding equipment, high efficiency, fast speed, welding surface smooth, good penetration.

2.The company has more than 10 employees who have 15-20 years of experience in welding professional.

3.The company has produced a large number of products which through the check of Australia, European 

professional institutions.

Packing&Shipping:

Our poles as normal cover by Mat or straw bale at the top and bottom  and wood between the poles to avoide the damage on the galvanization of the pole  ,anyway also can following by client required , The loading capacity of 40HC or OT an be calulated calculation base on the client actually specification and data.

Material:

All of our material are purchased from famous mill factory to assure the quality.

1.A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unload the material in our factory ,otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material .

2.Before put into production ,all the material must pass the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have meet the requested strength and component.

Inspection:

To assure our products qualified ,we take steps as follows :

1. Management team : We have employ the foreign export to take chaege of the overall managemnt ,especailly the technical managemnt and quality management .

2.Introducing ISO management ,We are awared ISO 9001:2008 certificate.

3.QC Inpection:It is our company policy that all the finish product should be inspected by our specialzed QC in every manufacure steps and beofore every shipment.
