The graphite electrode is used for petroleum coke (carbon) pitch
coke (carbon) for granular materials, coal tar as the binder, a
high-temperature graphite conductive material after calcining,
crushing, mixing, kneading, shaping, baking and graphitization and
machining processes made, called graphite electrode.
Graphite chemical order is an important process in the production
of graphite electrode, and the serial graphitization process is the
most advanced technology in the world at present, and it is the
leading technology in China. Using this technology, graphitization
processing is made. The products made are not only good quality but
also can save a lot of electricity, and the electricity consumption
per ton is only 3200 degrees. Compared with the traditional
graphitization process, the power saving is more than 1000 degrees
per ton, which can greatly reduce the production cost.
