Copper Braided Strand Wire Welding Machine , Automatic Wire Cutting Machine

DESCRIPTION

This machine is suitable for braided wire welding and cutting , it can achieve automatic welding and cutting wire, which could help to lower lobor force and improve welding efficiency. Generally there will have two shape of braided wire. One is half-round ,one is square. It can be customized according to your requirements,and the cutting length of wire range is 30-300mm. The  welding cross section area can be 1-25sqmm.

APPLICATION

Welding of braid wire of electrical parts like distribution switch, disconnector, etc. Be able to weld and cut 1 to 4 mm² of singlet wire, double wire, and three-wire in one of annealed copper wire.

The cutting length could be adjusted freely and the cross-section of connecting wire could be designed as different shapes like semi-circle, square, and hexagon, etc.
