- Upon receipt of the deposit from the customer, our team of specialists and engineers collaborates closely to thoroughly assess the customer's requirements. Subsequently, we proceed to develop design drawings for the welding equipment utilizing 3D modeling and CAD software. These meticulously crafted drawings are then submitted to the customer for pre-approval within a timeframe ranging from 1 to 7 days.
- Upon confirmation of the design drawings by the customer, we initiate the procurement of raw materials and commence the manufacturing process for the mechanical components of the welding equipment.
- Within 24 hours of design confirmation, we furnish the customer with a detailed production schedule encompassing the various stages such as equipment design, mold design, parts procurement and machining, machine body welding, assembly of mechanical and electrical components, machine commissioning, inspection, and acceptance. Furthermore, we maintain regular communication with the customer by providing weekly on-site production photos to update them on the progress.
- Electrical components are integrated into the equipment once the mechanical components are finalized. Upon completion of the welding equipment production, we request the customer to send samples for testing the equipment's performance. Subsequently, we provide the customer with production videos and photos for pre-acceptance.
- Upon approval of the pre-acceptance, we extend an invitation to the customer for on-site acceptance at our facility or arrange for online video acceptance per the customer's preference. The final quality control is conducted by a dedicated quality inspector focusing on appearance and performance inspections, culminating in the issuance of a final inspection report prior to packaging and shipping.

We also provide comprehensive support to the customer by furnishing user manuals, installation guides for water/electricity/gas, and machine operating videos, facilitating smooth preparation of their site.
