ASME SB338 Grade 7 (Ti-0.15-0.2 Fe) Titanium tube is a specific type of titanium tubing that meets the requirements outlined in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Standard SB338 for Grade 7 titanium.
Titanium alloy tubes and stainless steel tubes each have their own unique advantages, and the choice of which material depends on the specific application scenario and needs. Compared with stainless steel tubes, titanium alloy tubes are more corrosion resistant. Titanium alloys show excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, chloride environments, and many acid and alkali environments, while some types of stainless steel may be corroded in these environments.
