170mm 1HV - 2967HV Micro Vickers Hardness Tester Unique Precise Main Features This Digital Vickers Hardness Tester made with a unique and precise
design in the fields of mechanics, optics and light source is able
to produce a clearer indentation and hence a more precise
measurement. By means of 10x lens, 20x lens or 20x lens and 40x lens, the tester has a wider measurement field and broader
usage range. The set of lens (2 pieces lens ) can be selected
according to the user’s requirement. With an automatically turning
device for indenter and objectives ( the automatically turning
turret ) , the operation has become easier; and with a thread
interface, it can be linked to a digital camera and a CCD
Vide-camrea as well as video measuring devices and indentation
automatically meausring device without switching optical path. It
is the first tester that adopted the touch and color LCD screen,
thus making the operation more humanized. The tester has such
features as the direct reading of the measurements, the easy change
of the hardness scale, the reservation of the data, the priting and
linkage with RS232 interface. By means of closed - circuit system
for control , CPU controls testing force to load; dwell and unload,
the sensor feedback information, therefore the lost of testing
force value can be automatically compensated during testing and
hence the testing force more accuracy. The instrument represents
today’s world advanced level among the products of the same kind in China.

coating, ply-metals; | ● Glass, ceramics, agate, precious stone, thin plastic
