The R series high-frequency pneumatic roller vibrator is suitable for the vibration, filling and handling of fluid powders. Because it is pneumatic transmission, the vibration frequency can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure. Main uses such as:

1.Unloading of the hopper
2.Mixing of powder
3.Delivery of powdered substances
4.Compaction of plastic and concrete in the mold

This R series product is simple in design but can generate high vibration force. The shell is made of an extruded aluminum part, and there is a precision steel roller inside, supported by two high-impact resistant plastic bottom plates. For the convenience of installation, the housing has four mounting holes, namely two horizontal and two vertical mounting holes. Air enters from either of the two air inlets on the shell. These air inlets have a standard pipe thread and a pipe plug for closing unused air inlets. The air is discharged from the impact-resistant plastic bottom plate that can be equipped with a silencer
