Production Line: 1. Automatic Coating Machine with domestic leading technology
Automatically load materials and set thickness with automatic thickness measurement system at the end of the machine;variable-frequency adjustment in oven's circulatory and exhaust system.
2. Positive automatic production line
Positive electrodes's automatic and serial point-welding,adhesive tape sticking for electrode lug and softening;high automation and better consistency.
3. Negative automatic production line
The use of wet slurry coating on the powder-type automatically set between the struts of scraping operation fine edge devices,which require so strickly for time,speed,temperature and matching.
Automatic negative production line and the product circulation rate is one of the highest levels for the domestic factories.
4. Entire air-conditioner workshop
To produce high quality battery,we must control the environmental conditions,and the whole air-conditioning control of better power production workshop can reduce moisture,reduce the impurity,improve product quatity,and also to create a comfortable working conditions to staff.
