The SUPER 8-Outlet Lithium-ion Battery Charging Cabinet is an advanced safety solution designed to significantly reduce lithium battery fire risks. Lithium-ion batteries must be charged and stored in a cool, dry, secure, and non-combustible environment to minimize the risk of overheating, ignition, and thermal runaway. This charging cabinet features a heavy-duty double-walled steel construction, integrated with a 40 mm thermal air barrier, a liquid-tight sump, and a high-efficiency ventilation system, delivering optimal conditions for safe battery charging and storage. The cabinet is equipped with the automatic sequential door-closing system, ensuring doors close smoothly and securely. This system enhances ease of use while forming an effective fire-isolation barrier to improve overall safety performance. The SUPER lithium-ion battery charging cabinet is fully electrically certified and fitted with IP56-rated electrical components and 10-amp power outlets, making it suitable for industrial and laboratory charging applications. Designed and manufactured in compliance with AS/NZS 4681 (The Storage and Handling of Class 9 Dangerous Goods) and AS 1940 (The Storage and Handling of Flammable Liquids), the cabinet’s key structural components are capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 850°C, providing reliable protection during thermal events. This model is equipped with 8 power outlets, 2 adjustable vertical power rails, and 2 height-adjustable perforated shelves, offering a flexible and efficient solution for lithium-ion battery charging and storage across a wide range of applications.
