2. If something goes wrong, how can I be assured?
1) We will make samples first and send you to confirm before the mass production if necessary.
2) During the mass production, we will send you pictures or videos to follow up if necessary.
3) If you get the products and find out something goes wrong, we will study the problem. If the
problem is from our side, we will reproduce the products or refound you.

3. I do not want anybody to see or use my products for business, how can you do that?
1) We will sign a CDA (Confidential Disclosure Agreement) with you.
2) We make sure that staff only for the products during the mass production procedure.
3) We give you the extra pieces or destroy them for good.

4. Could I get sample to test for free?
Yes, we could offer you the free sample, but you have to bear the courier cost.

5. How can I follow up with my orders?
1) During the mass production, we will take pictures or videos for you if necessary.
2) When all done, we will send the final products pictures to confirm.
3) When the products are sent out, we will send you the tracking number and follow up with the delivery to
make sure you get the products safely.
