Purpose:

Headphone earphone rotating axle do torsion life time test. clamping the earphone on left/right fixture, headphone band fit on center support arm, set the specific angle, rotate speed, left earphone and right earphone rotate from different way, check the specimen status once tested to the set times.

Feature:

1; adopt MGCS TFT7 true-color LCD + Mitsubishi PLC controller, can set rotate angle, test speed, test internal stopping time;

2; adopt Japan Panasonic servo motor driver, high speed & low noise, working stable, quality reliable.

3; can test 2sets(4pcs earphone) for one time, high efficient, can use Velcro and positioning fixture to fit the headphone.
