Characteristics:

Full-automatic test method:

 The tester only needs to input and store the test conditions of the test piece of a certain batch and the machine will conduct the compression and

 tensile tests automatically;

Widespread application:

 With different fixtures, it can be used in various connector tests, such as the tensile and compression tests and the endurance and dynamic

 impedance tests of R&D and IQC finished connectors. After the test, it can automatically store the test curves and data;

High precision:

 The load resolution can reach up to 0.01gf and the stroke resolution, 0.001mm.

Unit switchover:

 The units of load such as N, gf, kgf and Lb can be switched freely, so can those of stroke such as mm and cm.

Language switchover:

 English, traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese are available, which shows good applicability.

Large memory space:

 The test data (curves and data) can be stored in the computer hard disc (the data for every test can be stored in it, without no limitation on the

 times).

People-oriented design and user-friendly operation:

 All test conditions are set on the computer picture: test load, stroke, times, speed, waiting time…

People-oriented report design:

 The head of the report can be modified (both in English and Chinese) at any time. The report can be generated automatically. The machine can

 print data and curve reports without your inputting them again.

Automatic test results judging and analysis:

 You may input the upper and lower limit specification values of the compression or tensile load, and the machine can automatically judge whether

 the test results pass or fail and analyze the results.

Roll curve display:

 It can automatically generate tensile and compression curves. The insertion is positive value, while the extraction, negative value.
