This tester can simulate the all kinds of mankind operations on the Note-book, tabletop computers, the mobile phones, LCD monitors and so on, so that to know the durability of relevant parts after using many times. This tester is controlled and testing parameter setting by computer software, can modify and save the testing method and can control several operations in the same time.

Main tests:

1. Optical disc inserting and withdraw

2. (SD/MMC-MS/PRO) PCMCIA inserting and withdraw

3. Batteries inserting and withdraw

4. All kinds of keys pressing (clicking) durability testing ( includes on/off switch testing, the function keys on the control panels of notebook and so on)

Setting parameters by computer software:The time setting of handing out and return of pneumatic cylinder, the sorting and simultaneous testing, the sequence of the operation tests, the testing cycles. And can save or modify the testing methods, as well as transferring the testing methods records to use.

All the executing parts are imported from Japan: SMC pneumatic cylinder, electromagnetic valve or regulator, and Mitsubishi PLC.

Can adjust the location of pneumatic cylinder according to the testing needing. Using the design with magnet base which can be convenient to move, and adjust one four directions(forward, backward, upward and downward). That can meet most need for the durability testing of computer keys(buttons).
