Application and brief introduction:

This tester is to simulate to operate the electronic product, it is to click the power button, the buttons on edge of the product, and insert & extract the USB at the USB port, the earphone plug to the earphone port,to check the durability of the buttons on edge and the connection ports. This tester is controlled by touch panel, the parameters setting, editing can be done by the touch panel.

The main specialties:

1. Tester is controlled by touch panel, the set-able testing parameters: the time of air cylinders out and withdrawing, sequencing testing (4 sets

    air cylinders working independently in different time) and simultaneous testing, testing cycles; the testing method can be edited,recoded, and

    called for use.

2. All the action components are from Japan: air cylinders, electromagnetic valve, pressure adjusting valve from SMC, PLC from Mitsubishi.

3. The position of air cylinders are adjustable according to the needed testing position, it is designed to be magnet attaching, easy to be moved;

    the tester can test 4 tablets as the size of iPad at the same time.
