Purpose:
This touch panel test machine independently researched, developed and manufactured by our company is a high-tech product integrating movement control, data collection, analysis and statistical technology, the core of which is the program of [ touch panel control system] for testing. It has the advantages of strong function, simple programming, convenient operation and low price etc. It is applicable for CTP touch screen, infrared screen, complete machine manufacture (mobile phone and computer etc.) product research and development and product detection.

Test Items:
1. Meet various performance tests of CTP factory to the panels, change different communication protocol ports to rapidly realize the panel tests of different IC; meet complete machine tests of mobile phone and tablet computer etc., transmit the test data to computer software through WIFI for data acquisition, analysis and counting and generate PDF and EXCEL test reports;
2. Click accuracy test-multi-point click in any position of the test area according to different requirements of customers, test the position deviation of each point and support two-point click simultaneously to truthfully test the treatment capacity and accuracy of the product;
3. Marking linearity test-support many images such as parallel lines, vertical line, diagonal and circular arc to detect the linearity deviation of the product. It can set line distance, number and arc size at will within the test area and support more support methods such as two-point marking simultaneously and two-point circular marking to meet more accurate product representation characteristics;
4. Sensitivity test-it can set different marking locus to realize contact marking or non-contact marking, the height of touch pen to the product can be set and adjusted and the contact control height can be automatically found;
5. Coordinate jittering test-it can set many test graphs in the test area and read the data of each time for many times and calculate the deviation value;
6. sliding reliability test: it can set many test graphs in the test area and sliding according to the specific time and sequence to judge whether there is line disconnection in test;
7. Signal-to-noise test: by multi-point click test of product, it can acquire the signal value acquired by IC and calculate the signal-to-noise ratio; (support of IC protocol is needed)
8. Positioning frequency test-it can touch and control the product in central position of the test area and acquire data for many times to calculate the frequency for data to send data;
9. Response time test: click in any position of the test area and controls the touch panels and calculates the response time of product to support multi-point response time test;
10. Power consumption test: test the static and dynamic power consumptions of the product with high-accuracy miliwatt-level power test module; (support of IC protocol is needed)
11. With strong database function, it can rapidly analyze the collected data to realize linking of graph with data, and automatically generate various test reports. These reports may be changed according to the requirements of different users.
12. With software foolproof capacity, authorization setting and one-key test, it is easy in operation and can automatically judge PASS OR FAIL according to the set index (deviation value) after test;
13. Separation degree test: realize separation and closing actions of two touch pens, the two touch pens can realize parallel separation and closing, vertical separation and closing and 45° separation and closing. Move the touch pens to detect the minimum operation space between two points of the products, use different colors to mark the actual graph and touch screen to feed back the locus of marking graph, 9 finger Gesture Simulating Testing inside the System. a. Movement 1: two-point click simultaneously (trigger the panel at points A and B for twice with a time interval of 0.1s (settable)
b. Movement 2: Mark circular with two points (radius of A point is 20mm and that of B is 60mm (the radius is settable) c. Movement 3: Fix one point and move the other (fix point A and move point B for 50mm in straight line, the movement distance is settable) d. Movement 4: Fix point A and mark circular with point B centered on A with diameter of 50mm (the radius is settable) e. Movement 5: Trigger the screen at one point and then move back and forth for twice in a straight line (moving back and forth is deemed to be one moving, with length of 90mm, (the movement distance is settable)
f. Movement 6: Trigger the touch screen with pen at one point, move for 50mm in a straight line and then lift the pen.
g. Movement 7: Trigger the screen at one point, stay for 2 sec and then lift the pen.
h. Movement 8: two points moving (Isolate and get close to A and B and move 90mm in a straight line, the moving distance is settable, repeat for twice (isolation +closing is deemed to be once)
i. Movement 9: Touch A point (point is always in press state), stay for 0.2 sec, and then touch point and then lift the pen, after an interval of 0.2sec, leave from A and repeat for twice.
