T: Delivery time depends on the project design and volume. Normally, we are able to provide the goods within 20 or 25 days upon receipt the deposit.

T: Payment terms: 30% deposit, balance against the copy of BL. L/C at sight is also acceptable based on the different projects.

5,Q: Are samples available?
T: Yes,samples are available. We provide the small sized samples free of charge but without freight. For some complete samples, we charge them but will refund by next order.

6,Q: How can I install the racks?
T: For simple and standard storage systems, we provide the detailed assembly drawings and instructions. If possible, our engineers are available to help. For complicated projects such as shuttle racking, fully automated storage system, our engineers will go to the site for training and give guidance.
