*Duration of Guarantee:

1. within 12 months since the installation and commissioning of equipment are finished, If the defects of equipment and spare parts result from the seller, the seller will supply spare parts and maintenance by free of charge. If the defects result from the buyer’s improper use of equipment, seller will charge the cost of maintenance and spare parts.

2. After 12 months since the installation finished, if the equipment and spare parts are defected, the seller will charge the cost of maintenance and spare parts.

3. If Buyer request Seller and engineer to Buyer's factory, buyer should supply seller’s workers the round trip air tickets and subsidary for each worker per day. And the local traffic, accommodation and lodging fees should also be available.

*installation terms:

1. 50-60 days for installation and commissioning.

2. BEYOND CO., provide installation, commissioning of all equipment supplied by BEYOND CO., as stated in the quotations.

3. buyer provide round way air tickets,local traffic , room and board,in addition pay subsidary per day for each engineer.

Milk cooling tank

Description of cooling tank:

Mainly used for cooling and storage for fresh milk, also can be used to cooling or storage for other liquid product.

The cooling tank is the key equipment for the mechanical milking system in the dairy farms.

Also widely used in the manual milking farm and milk collection centers, and milk production plants, which can keep the fresh milk at best state and prevent the bacterial growing.

Features of cooling tank:

1. The tank wall use advanced dimple pad as evaporator exchange the heat directly with the milk inside.

2. The refrigeration compressor is imported from France, which composed of full closed compressor and imported expanding valve and electromagnetism valve.

The system has reliable midpoint protection device to protect the compressor being burned resulted from the overloading or system trouble.

3. Tank body is made of stainless steel304 or 316, and the machine is equipped with forced automatic rotary cleaning CIP spray head and auto blending device.

4. The insulation layer use the polyurethane, and good thermal insulation performance.

Technical Parameter:

Ferment growing tank and fermentation tank

Usage:Usually used for bacterium seeding cultivating, which is used as yoghurt starter.

The fermentation tank is used for mechanical blending and fermentation of milk. The equipment adopts internal recycling mode and blending paddle to distribute and break bubbles. Therefore, high speed of oxygen solution and good quality of blending are achieved. Tank body is made of imported stainless steelSUS304 or SUS316L , and automatic spraying and cleaning nozzle in the tank to ensure producing procedure comply with GMP requirements.

Application: Used as fermentation tank: for mixing of all kinds of materials in dairy industry.
