OEM Overview:
We can design and make the new mold lens and new Aluminium PCB according to customer's request and design. Customers are satisfied with the light effection for the new molds.In order to keep product with high quality, All of our Led modules use import raw material, like Opticial lens with PC matierail Tenjin. For High power Leds, we use 45mil Bridgelux chip with original package and low attenuation. Also we use imported Led, like Cree XTE, XPE, XPG, Osram DURIS® S 5, Lumileds LUXEON 3030 2D.
Production Line: Company has an experienced team of optical design, optical lens product line include world's top Toshiba nano machining center UVM - 450, the United States and Britain FORMTAIYSURF measuring system AMETEK preci - tech company Nanoform250 UltraGrind 4 axis single-point stone of stainless steel precision lathe, precision CNC electric precision injection molding equipment.
Reflow soldering machine and AOI quality testing equipment, wave soldering, cutting foot machine, microwave cleaning machines, dryers, plastic sealing machines and other professional prodction Line for Led Modules assembling.
About quality management: Imported material with UL, SGS certificate. Led moduels sodering LED with CE, Rohs certificate.
We have QC in the bulk production and every production procedure will check the materials .They have strict inspection and control for every step .Before package ,all the goods will be double tested without any problem .
