The hydraulic system of the machine consists of hydraulic system and hydraulic system of the auxiliary machine. This machine hydraulic system is composed of the high-pressure pump, solenoid valve, pressure relief valve, check valve, pressure indicator and oil cylinder.

High pressure relief valve is the oil pressure setting of high pressure pump, its maximum setting value is 21.5MPa.

Operation Safety Precautions

1. Seatbelt Requirement
   When operating a forklift or forklift tire press, always wear a seatbelt. In the event of a vehicle tip - over, it keeps you secured in the cabin, avoiding crushing injuries. Jumping from a tipping forklift is a leading cause of fatalities in such accidents; staying inside (where you have some protection) is far safer.
2. Training & Refresher
   Undergo proper training for your specific forklift model. If needed, take a refresher course to master all safety rules and correct operating procedures. Adequate training is critical for safe, proper job performance.
3. Worksite Familiarization
   Understand the worksite design and layout. Walk through the area to ensure no obstructions hinder forklift use or mobility. Stay aware of your surroundings and watch for others who might accidentally enter the forklift’s path.
4. Equipment Maintenance
   Ensure the forklift meets manufacturer - recommended maintenance standards. If any faults or malfunctions are noticed, repair the equipment before use.
