About quality management: Down and feather inspection:
1.We have our own test lab for testing down and feather material.
2.Technician do sampling inspection for each group of raw material.
3.After washing and assorting down material, technician test the down content and other subjects like oxygen number, filling power etc. before filling into the duvet
Fabric inspection:
1.Chose the qualified fabric supplier
2.Check the quality of bulk fabric before production and keep records to indicate type of defects
3.Reject the unqualified part to the supplier.
Quality control process for the finished products:
1.Make the workmanship,and then produce a sample according the artwork.
2.Inspect the 1st piece of bulk goods.Compare with the sealed sample to make sure everything is correct.
3.Inspect the semi-finished product.
