The membrane water wall is an airtight structure made of pipes and fins welded. The advantages are less air leakage in the furnace, and the pipe laying furnace wall can be used to reduce the load of the steel structure and reduce the boiler cost; Facilitate the use of suspension structures and improve the thermal expansion system; It is suitable for large-scale mechanized production and has a high assembly rate; The heat storage capacity is small, and the start-up and shutdown time is shortened. The disadvantage is that the manufacturing process is complex. Large-capacity, high-temperature and high-pressure boilers mostly use membrane water walls.
Classification
According to the different manufacturing processes, there are three types of membrane water cooling walls: (1) The first one is welded in rows with rolled fin tubes, and the welding workload is small, but the fin tubes are expensive. (2) The plain tube and fin (flat steel) are welded in rows, the material cost is low, and it is easy to meet the requirements of a variety of pitches, but the flat steel has high precision requirements and requires finishing equipment. (3) Plain tube sintering welding, the inter-pipe fin is formed by the welding wire melting and filling, which is mostly used for the pipe screen with a small inter-pipe pitch. The inter-tube pitch of the membrane water wall is related to the boiler pressure, furnace heat load and other factors, and the general s/d is 1.2~1.5.

The tubes offered by us are known to withstand a great internal pressure as a continual strip of fin material is wound spirally on the tube. These tubes are known to provide heat uniformly that result in an increased heat output. The main function of water wall panels in boiler is to absorb the heat generated by high temperature flame or flue and to generate steam or hot water in tubes, hence to reduce the temperature in the chamber.
