Ceramic Thermal Insulating Blocks CNC Machined Ceramic Components Description:
Ceramic Thermal Insulating blocks are with tongue and groove to form an interlocking pattern in installation, ensuring firm fixation of blocks in a mill shell and in' end flanges requiring minimum quantity of fixing adhesive/cement. Interlock fixing of bricks prevents bricks to give way from installation, chipping off and spalling off edges. Ceramic mill lining blocks are available in a wide range of sizes and thicknesses to suit small & large size ball mills.
Cnc machined ceramic Components are designed as per the requirements of the customers’ engineerings combined with the cost, installation and effective of application. Especially the blocks with tongues and grooves, Its obvious performance is that they could lock each other due to the tongues and grooves to increase the connectivity in whole engineering.
