Shantou Europe-pack Plastic Co., Ltd is located at Chenghai District, Shantou City that a popular city export plastic products in China. It takes around 5000 square meters on production building. And we have many advanced professional production facility and employees who with rich experiences.

Including the details:

1. 12sets of injection machine in own factory and many cooperation factories to keep we have enough productivity for production

2. professional manipulators for each injection machine so can keep the products in best condition after output from machine

3. Cleaning production plants with dustproof door to keep the goods clean

4. 150-200 employees with rich working experiences can make the products making and packing well according customer's requirements

5. All the workers with uniforms, gloves, masks and hats to ensure nothing dirty will come into production

The quality of our products is strictly accordance with international standards.

All the processing equipments that we used are high-performance machine, all the detection devices are the inspection products inspected by Bureau of Weights and Measures, every day we do the work logs, find problems and correct them promptly. And all products are operated by the masters who have more than eight years experience.

The finished products do two quality control procedures,

1 Production equipment regular inspection before production

2 make sample, according to the production

3 in the process of production of semi-finished products inspection

4 do quality inspection again before shipment

On each working procedure has a specialist in the production that can traced from the accessories to the semi-finished products to the production workers to quality control personnel, the whole production process is strictly enforced according to AQL standards

Third, technology engineers will do their best to make the design come true. Including how to make the mold, which kind of mold, how to make the shape come true, and how to adjust can make the production stable etc. In this part, we will consider about all the factors of it, such as best suitable material and technology like ultrasonic wave, automate machine, automatic arms, thermal transfer machine, screen printing machine, pad printing machine and so on.
