Bending beam load cell FHZR is constructed from stainless steel and
hermetically sealed to IP68, it is mechanically and electrically
compatible with our model FSH but with a stronger protective shell
to withstand harsh industrial working conditions. Beam type load
cell FHZR features high accuracy and hygienic design, which makes
it applicable for weighing applications in food processing and
pharmaceutical industries that involve regular flushing.

A load cell normally contains a wheatstone bridge which produces an
output signal proportional to the applied weight or force.The full
wheatstone bridge is a network of four resistive legs. One or more
of these legs can be active sensing elements. The Wheatstone bridge
is the electrical equivalent of two parallel voltage divider
circuits. R1 and R2 compose one voltage divider circuit, and R4 and
R3 compose the second voltage divider circuit. The output of a
Wheatstone bridge is measured between the middle nodes of the two
voltage dividers.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of HBM load cell Z6R is around 2mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output signal range of weighing sensor FHZR is normally
within 0...+30mV.
Example: Hermetic load cell FHZR-200kg with 2.0mV/V rated output
powered by 5V DC, the output range is 0...+10mV.
