OEM: Original Equipment Manufacture
Customer is responsible for the design and development of new products, the factory negotiate with supplier and purchase materials according to the BOM list provide by customer, then process into whole machine and sale to customer.

JDM: Joint Design Manufacture
Customers and factory joint design development, make the best of their advantages to defined product, and provide complete solutions. That is iLINGXI?involved in the process of customer research and development, design the product, after both parties design the product, iLINGXI?take a small batch trial-produce and validation, and customer improve the products according to the test result, then manufacture by the factory, and sale by customer.
For example, joint design and development product's appearance, joint design motherboard by both parties, etc.

ODM: Original Design Manufacture
Customer told the factory that their demands for products, and factory design the products for customer to choose according to product's future trend, customer also can use factory existing product's specifications and standards directly.
In this mode, customer can choose iLINGXI?products directly, which is the main mode of cooperation at present.

EMS: Electronics Manufacturing Services
Customer develop electronic finished products or semi-finished products, and provide all BOM materials, factory only charge processing fees. iLINGXI?build special customer-supplied material warehouse, organize personnel to arrange production and testing according to product's feature and corresponding process requirements, and in charge of corresponding manufacturing process.

The above four modes(OEM/JDM/ODM/EMS), all can SKD or CKD shipment.
1. SKD: Semi Knocked Down
Shipment in the form of semi-finished products, and assembly by the factories in customer's country, which is suitable for SKD import tariff lower than CBU countries.
2. CKD: Completely Knocked Down
Shipment in the form of all knocked down, and patch, assembly by the factories in customer's country, which is suitable for CKD import tariff lower than SKD, CBU and have better ability to manufacture countries.
iLINGXI can provide a full TV assembly technology.

1) Strict control of materials procurement, never use inferior parts;
2) The implementation of standardized production management system;
3) Conduct long time aging tests and factory inspection for every single products before shipment.

2.Strong technical support after sales:
Due to the high cost of transportation for the whole product, iLINGXI provide component warranty instead of whole product warranty.
For overseas client iLINGXI could provide repair guide via internet/phone/Email. We could also help you to train the repair personnel. iLINGXI will train your maintenance personnel to have the skill that how to identify the failure component and how to replace the failure component with a new one in a short time.
iLINGXI provides two years warranty for key components. In iLINGXI products each key components are affixed with fragile label which mark the date when the component was used for the product. You will send the failure components back to us. As long as the period between the date we receive failure components and the date marked on label affixed on the components, we will give to you brand new components which you can use to repair failure products in future.
