CTP (Computer to plate): from the computer directly to the plate, i.e. “offline direct to plate ", we used KODAK Trendsetter 800111 models.
( a ) shorten the printing preparation time, fully enhance the efficiency of printing;
( two) strengthen the network control, achieve quality printing;
( three) reduction of plate production, time saving and labor saving, speed up the delivery cycle;
( four) strengthen the work process management.

Our Factory own four sets of "Heidelberg" and "Roland" printing machines as well as digital pre-press devices and automatic post-press facilities, to meet customer requirements of high-quality printing products.

we have 12 production lines, there are 24 workers in every production lines, it is enough for handmade paper box ,gift box ,luxury packaging box .cake box ,cookie box ,eyelash box ,candle box ,earphone box ,wine box ,cosmetics box ,folding box ,round box.

we have our own quality control persons in every production line,normally when in handmade ,there are 3 people to inspect the goods, If any problem, they found, they will help correct , by the way, we ensure that production quality and avoid risk, good quality is basic for serving clients, and to get win-win, we are confidence that your choice is right and we are reliable suppliers in your business
