Product introduction Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence sulfur analyzer is a special analyzer based on energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. The analyzer principle, design structure, instrument elements, analytical method operation flow, error and reproducibility all conform to GB/T 17040-2019 and ASTM D4294 for the determination of sulfur content in petroleum and petroleum products.
Main use ◆ Measuring sulfur content of crude oil, petroleum, heavy oil, diesel oil, kerosene, naphtha; ◆ Measuring the total sulfur content of coal chemical products, such as primary benzene; ◆ Measurement of sulfur content in other liquid or solid fine powder samples such as petroleum coke. Instrument characteristics ◆ Intelligent electromechanical integrated microcomputer design,8 inch wide viewing Angle capacitive touch screen (1024*768) display ◆ Wide detection variety, wide detection range, fast analysis speed, less standard sample consumption; ◆ The instrument has automatic peak stabilization function and automatic diagnosis function, monitoring the working state and electrical parameters of the instrument; ◆ Disposable Mylar film sample cup to avoid cross contamination; Sample cup production is convenient and fast; ◆ Accurate positioning of the sample table, easy to place the sample and replace the anti-oil leakage film, and avoid the possibility of contamination of the detection system; ◆ Large storage capacity of instrument data, 4096 content analysis results and 8192 count measurement data, 16 instrument calibration results. ◆ Thermal printer automatically prints test results; ◆ The instrument automatically selects the working curve without user intervention; ◆ The user can choose the measurement result unit, ppm or (m/m)%; ◆ Safe radiation protection measures, no harm to individuals and groups of ionizing radiation.
