Description:
The small content of ozone in the atmosphere is the main factor of
rubber cracking. The ozone aging chamber simulates and strengthens
the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, studies the action law of
ozone on rubber, quickly identifies and evaluates the methods of
rubber anti-ozone aging performance and anti-ozone agent protection
efficiency, and takes effective anti-aging measures to improve the
service life of rubber products.
Main functions:
This machine is used to test the cracking resistance of rubber
products under the ozone environment. The ozone resistance tester
can control and adjust the ozone environment of concentration to
determine the ozone resistance of the test piece.
Main features:
The ozone gas produced by the equipment from the silent
high-efficiency ozone generator and a certain amount of treated air
are mixed in the exchanger and then sent into the test chamber. The
ultraviolet detector will feed back the ozone concentration
continuously detected online to the ozone generator control system,
so that the control system can effectively control the occurrence
of ozone according to the set value, so that the test chamber can
maintain the appropriate ozone concentration and meet all test
conditions when the heating and humidification system works

Test process:
The length of the sample is basically parallel to the direction of
the air flow when the sample is in contact with the ozonated air
when the two ends of the sample are fixed on the rotating aluminum
fixture under the specified elongation. Before the adjustable
travel range of the sample is 0-40 mm, the sample rotates at a
speed of (20~25) mm/s, so that each sample moves continuously along
the same path in a plane perpendicular to the air flow. The time
for the same sample to rotate for one cycle is (8~12) min, and the
scanning area of the sample is about 40% of the effective area of
the test chamber.
