Component Details Single Screw Extruder Machine Crafted with top brand components for production stability, efficiency, and durability. Features international standard single screw and barrel with strong rigidity ensuring long service life and superior plasticizing effect. Mould Spacious flow channel design for high extrusion capacity and optimal melting effect. Manufactured and inspected by experienced professionals with optimized temperature control and flow channel design for precise melt temperature management. Vacuum and Cooling Tank Constructed from stainless 304 steel with excellent vacuum system for precise pipe sizing. The holder in the first step ensures proper pipe shaping and provides additional power for pipe movement. Haul-off Unit Ten crawler track system ensures stable and steady pipe operation. Unique mechanism prevents pipe ovality while specialized belt design assures proper pulling without slippage. Cutting Unit Offers two cutting methods: rapid cutter and planetary cutter. Cutting method can be switched randomly according to produced pipe material requirements. Coiler 16-40mm HDPE pipes are wound by double disk coiler, while 50-110mm pipes use single disk coiler.
