The ligation systems are available in titanium and polymer materials, different sizes for both open and endoscopic surgeries. Description

Polymer ligation systems are designed with three different sizes, medium-large, large and extra large to meet the tissue occlusion and closure needs of different anatomic structures in both open and laparoscopic surgeries. The clips are made of implantable grade polymer materials to ensure long term patient safety for the tissue hemostatic closure. A wide range of ergonomically designed clip appliers are designed with colour coding systems, match with the colours of the cartridges, for easy identification and convenience in use. The high quality medical grade stainless steel are used on the reusable open surgery and endoscopic surgery appliers to ensure the durability in the operating room and in the CSSD.

Indication

Polymer Ligating Clips are intended for use in procedures involving ligation of vessels or tissue structures. They can be used in open and laparoscopic surgery. Surgeons should apply the appropriate size clip fort he size of vessel and tissue structure to be ligated such that the clip completely encompasses the vessel and tissue structure.

1.Polymer Clips can be used in adult patients. The use of newborns, babies and pregnancies depends on the decision of the physician and the benefit-loss relationship should be considered.

2. Medium 2-7mm in diameter vessels, Medium-Large 3-10mm in diameter vessels, Large 5-13mm in diameter vessels, Extra-Large 7-16mm in diameter vessels.

3. Unusable for artery and arteries of the artery and vein system of the heart.
