Introduction:

The JSX-2000E computer control rubber rotorless vulcanizing instrument adopts a computer-controlled imported temperature controller for accurate temperature control. The computer processes data in real time and can perform statistics, analysis, storage comparison, etc. It is designed with humanization, easy to operate, and accurate in data, providing accurate data for rubber formulas. The buttons clicked by the mouse on the computer of this vulcanizing instrument have the same function as the buttons on the main panel, making it easy for users to operate. The software interface of the computer is quite good, and it is extremely convenient to use. Users can accurately measure the burning time, positive vulcanization time, vulcanization index, maximum and minimum torque, etc. It is an ideal equipment for controlling the quality of rubber materials, rapid inspection, and rubber extrusion research in the rubber industry.

The 2000E type rotorless vulcanizer is a new generation of electromechanical integrated product launched by our factory. It mainly consists of the host, sensors, computer, lower computer data collector, printer, and electrical interlock.

Provide vulcanization curve and temperature curve chart. Single curve testing, continuous testing of multiple curves, and comparison testing of multiple curves can be performed on the same interface. The data is stored in the database and all curve data can be printed in real-time or historically.
