ISO179 Charpy Pendulum Impact Testing Machine Notched Bar Impact
Tester
Application:
ISO179 Charpy Pendulum Impact Testing Machine Notched Bar Impact
Tester is mainly used to determine the impact tenacity of
non-metal materials such as rigid plastics, fiber-reinforced
compound materials, nylon, tempered glass, ceramics, cast stone,
asbestos, and insulated material of plastic electrical equipment,
etc. It is widely used equipment in institution for scientific
researches universities and colleges and relative factories in
making quality inspection.
The machine conforms to the requirement of ISO179---1992 GB/T1043
–93 GB/T2611 JB/T8762---1998.
Working Principle:
Strike the sample supporting the horizontal beam with the pendulum
hammer of known energy, and destroy the sample by one shock of the
pendulum hammer. The impact line is located in the middle of the
two supports, to impact the energy difference between the pendulum
before and after, to determine the energy absorbed by the sample
when destroyed. The impact strength is then calculated according to
the original cross-sectional area of the sample.
Instrument features:
1.The electronic impact testing machine adopts the circular grating
angle measuring technology.
2. It has the characteristics of high precision, good stability and
large measuring range.
3. Digital Displaying the value of impact strength, pre-elevation
angle, rising angle, and average value.
4. It has the function of automatic correction of energy loss,
printing test report, etc.
Meet standards:
ISO179-2000, ASTM D 6110, GB/T1043-2008, JB/T8762-1998, GB/T 18743-2002
