Polyester Hot Melt Film Glue Description

PES hot melt adheisve film also known as polyester hot melt film, is another type of thermoplastic adhesive film that is commonly used in the textile, garment, and footwear industries,Hot melt adhesive film can be applied using heat and pressure.

PES can be activated using a heat press, hot air gun, or specialized laminating equipment.

PES hot melt ahesive film has excellent adhesion to textile products, PVC, PC.PES hot melt adhesive is resistant to dry cleaning and 40℃ washing.It is widely used in applications such as seam sealing, hemming, and bonding of fabrics and other materials.

Pes Hot Melt Film Glue Condition

The temperature is 10-40℃, the humidity is 40-80%, there is no ultraviolet light, and it is protected from light (light protection includes light and natural light) to avoid long-term contact with the air.

The stacking strength of materials should not be too large, and the stacking height should be moderate.

The melt adhesive powder is easy to cause agglomeration under high temperature and pressure. Agglomeration is found during use, and it is filtered through a screen mesh.
