Hot Melt  Film Description
This product is a self-adhesive hot melt film.Double-layer structure: one layer is hot-melt adhesive (no viscosity at room temperature, it needs to be warmed and glued), the other layer is acrylic acid pressure sensitive adhesive (room temperature has self-adhesive energy, entrusted release paper). Self-adhesive layer can be below 150 degrees temperature no glue falling,not lose viscosity, and can be repeatedly pasted, in line with the European demand index.

DS019YME is used for positioning hot pressing after embroidery trademarks, logos or cutting pieces.

The advantages of the hot melt adhesive film when compare to traditional glue bonding:

1. Eliminate the complicated process of glue application and do not need the related equipments;

2. Bonding fastly, heating and cooling, stick firmly;

3. The bonding fastness to textiles, leather, fabrics and glass fiber products is better than the glue with the same price;
