Description:

This product is a high-temperature and low-temperature double-layer polymer tape, heat-sealing tape. This structure tape is mainly used for the sealing of protective clothing, and has good adhesion to the surface of the protective clothing, and has an ultra-low melting range and super fluidity. It has the characteristics of low construction temperature, fast heat sealing speed, and not easy to burn the surface of the protective clothing.

Applications:

DS0407 is used to seal the eye, seal and edge of protective clothing.

Recommended Bonding Conditions:

1. Bonding temperature and pressure and time relate to the bonding strength of the film to the material. The bonding temperature must be close to the temperature set by the machine, the pressure must be uniform, and the mold and press rolls must be flat.

2. The bonding conditions used will vary between machines and materials. The conditions indicated here are only basic. The most ideal bonding conditions should be established by manufacturing for the specific application.
