The Extrusion Laminating Machine takes LDPE,HDPE,PP, TPU,EVA etc. resin as raw material. It processes by melting the plastic particles,extruding from the T-Die and finally laminating with the base material. 1. The main parts such as screw, roller and die are made of 38crmoala, and have given hydro-treating, so they are wearproof and corrosion resistant.

2. Major axis screw is well plastified to guarantee the uniformity of film.

3. Exchanging filter net in die head and adopting up and down device with motor to get convenient operating, thus to improve the production efficiency. (Hydraumatic net changer can be collocated as customers requirement).

Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
