HDPE/PVC/TPO Geomembrane Sheet Extrusion Machine

EVA polymer composite waterproofing roll-roofing material selection of high-quality ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer as the main material, add fiber to increase strength; add modifiers to improve the physical and chemical properties of the material; add stabilizers to improve the chemical and physical stability of the product; add anti-aging agent to extend the service life of the material; add antioxidant to improve oxidation resistance; add fungicide to prevent bacterial and mold erosion.
Main uses: tunnels, subways, highways, caves, bridges and other waterproof seepage control projects; roof, basement and other waterproof seepage control. Reservoir dams, cofferdams, drains and other waterproofing, seepage control and other projects. Refuse landfill, sewage treatment plant, metallurgy, chemical plants and other waterproof seepage-proof engineering waterproof. Other projects requiring waterproofing, seepage control, moisture-proof treatment.

Working Process

The unit mainly PE,PVC,EVA as raw material,after plastis extruder ,and then filter and die cast

By a three roll calender matte ,colling bracket setting ,A/B/A three-layer coextrusion

waterproofing membrane .B layer can be different according to user requirements for product

quality adjustment,in oder to reduce the cost of prodcts(such as a layer of polypropylene fabric

,polyester fabric ,B layer material ) and B layer can also be based require the use of different

materials to meet the diverse requirement of user of the proucts to meet market demand .

This production line can produce PVC/TPO multilayer waterproof membrane ,it consists twin

screw extruder, die , three roller stack and auxiliary equipments , it can produce the membrane

from 0.5mm to 4mm ,monolayer, multi-layer and laminated with non-woven fabric.

Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
