This machine is used to make fiber marker pen reservoir,the product is made of polyester fiber 300DTY+pp.

The screw and the barrels are all made of high quality nitrided steel-38CrMoAIA,and are nitration austerely according to NATIONAL STANDARD, nitration hardness: screw≧740HV;barrels≧940HV. Nitration depth: screw: 0.4-0.6mm, barrel: 0.6-0.7mm, fragility is 2 grades

A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
