Dongguan Excar Electric Vehicle Co.,Ltd, aka EXCAR，was founded in 2006, located in Dongguan City, Guangdong, southern China. During the past 13 years, we concentrated on electric vehicle.Nowadays, EXCAR is a professional manufacturer of low speed electric vehicle.
With an experienced and professional R&D team, we have developed various vehicles, including electric golf cart, sightseeing bus, utility cart, patrol car. At the same time, in order to ensure the vehicle quality, we are using key components from reliable and well-known companies, such as battery from American Trojan, motor from American KDS, controller from American Curtis.
In order to further ensure the quality of our products, our factory produce most of the metal parts by ourselves, with various machines (Laser-cut machine, bending machine, welding robot, etc.) in our workshop. Most of the metal parts are produced on our own. Therefore, we will have better quality control of our product. What’s more, we also have our own electronics department, in which we produce cable harness, process electronic components, and develop new accessories, such as key card switch system and dashboard LCD meter.
At present, EXCAR has contained the following certificates： 1.ISO 9001 2.CE for all models 3.EEC for low speed vehicle 4.Various patent certificates, including head light, key switch, body panel,etc.

Occupied an area of 25,000 square meters and produce 800-1200 carts per month.
EXCAR has 6 production lines, export 10000pcs vehicles per year.With more than 15 years in the golf cart,now we deveopled many new type,like patrol cart,shuttle bus,police cart,ambulance cart,food cart and hunting cart to sell in the global market.
We have hardware department,there is OTC Robert what a machine can do refined processing,especially for front axle and rear axle.And also we have machine to change the raw alluminum material into any kind of shape used on the golf cart.And also the other mahine can do customized cargo based on different customer request and do beautiful sticker and logo attached on the cart.You order,we make it.
And we have electric department to test LED light,cables connecting,charger ,battery and motor.

Frame strength, toughness meet the design requirements, superior suspension system and mechanical properties. There are not loose connections of each fastener in bodywork . Muddy road validation result: the tire grip and chassis stability is relatively good. The waterproof performance of cart bottom is excellent.
