1. From the procurement of raw materials,requiring the suppliers to carry out random testing to ensure the quality of materials.
2. Established IQC inspection department for incoming goods,to conduct the inspection for critical parts,such as PCBA,air matic, rubber bladder, air leaking test.Other items were sampled 5% for incoming inspection reports to protect the quality.
3. In the bulk of orders,first sample test must be test for fully qualified before batch production.
4. Our partners will strictly inspect every process in their jurisdiction.Production Control:
1. Terminal wiring station:
After each terminal wiring completed, pulling lines to ensure that the connector is fully into the hole.
2. PCBA cable welding station:
After PCB soldering completed,each one should be lit to test for assembly.
3. Frame assembly station:
Between the assembly process, we must check whether the air suspension parts has had adverse phenomenon such as scratch and cracks after proceed to the next station.
4. Sealing station:
Checking the finished air matic oil seal if there have undesirable phenomena.
5. Quality Testing:
Shocks absorbers connecting with the power , be strict to test the details according to quality control requirements, verified that the product does not exist task problems, and issue a product qualification test report.
6. Packaging inspection:
According to the order,to check product labels are the same, the number is correct, accessories are complete.
7. Sales:
Finished products must be sampled before packaging,to check whether if the product in accordance with orders and issue shipment inspection reports.
8.
