Product Description: The Hyzont MWF-40, MWF-80 and MWF-120 enclosed orbital welding
heads are designed for automatic TIG/GTAW (autogenous, no wire
feeding) butt welding of tubes and pipes. They cover tube OD ranges
of 6-38.1 mm (1/4-1 1/2 in), 19.05-76.2 mm (3/4-3 in) and
38.1-114.3 mm (1 1/2-4 1/2 in) respectively, for straight tube,
pipe flange and elbow butt joints in carbon steel, stainless steel
and titanium alloy. Each head features a genuine German rotation
motor, 360° free rotation with auto reset for all-position welding,
water cooling at 1000 ml/min, argon shielding and quick-install
clamps, delivering clean, repeatable welds for industries such as
oil and gas, chemical, food, beverage and pharmaceutical piping.
