Application

Method of maintaining SMT Mounter electromagnetic valve

1. During manual operation, first confirm the safety.

2.Regularly discharge the condensed water accumulated in the air filter.

3.Reduce the use of electromagnetic valves. Check the operation of electromagnetic valves switch once a month to avoid failure.

4.When disassembling the mounter, please have the necessary equipment to prevent the driven object from falling and unable to operate normally. After this process, please cut off the air source and power supply and pay attention to the residual air pressure.

5.The maintenance process of the mounter shall be carried out in the order of the

operation as far as possible.
