Notes for smt industry using reflow soldering machine control program:

1. SMT reflow soldering should only be performed by licensed operators, technicians, engineers or other trained personnel.

2. The operator is not allowed to change the original parameters of each machine at will. The technicians in the SMT workshop of the production department can change some parameters according to different products, but before changing, they need to seek the consent of the SMT workshop engineer and make corresponding records.

3. Before starting SMT reflow soldering, confirm whether the power supply and origin of the machine can work normally.

4. When SMT reflow soldering is running, do not put your hands and feet in the safety cover.

5. During the operation or adjustment of SMT reflow soldering, two or more people are not allowed to operate the same machine.

7. In production, when the PCB is transported on the mesh belt or rail of the SMT reflow oven, the setting data and switches cannot be adjusted.
