What is pick and place machine?
The automatic placement machine is used to realize high-speed,
high-precision and automatic placement of components. It is the
most critical and complex equipment in the entire SMT production.
The placement machine is actually a precision industrial robot.
Through the functions of
absorption-displacement-positioning-placement, without damaging the
components and the printed circuit board, it realizes the rapid and
accurate mounting of SMC/SMD components to the specified pad
positions on the PCB board.

Machine main features
1. Apply to the 0.6m,0.9m,1.2m rigid PCB and 0.5m.1m LED flexible
strip.
2. Two mounting module, 17 nozzles for each mounting part, part A
or part B can be mounted separately or synchronously.
3. Group to take and group to mount.
4.The mounting speed can reach 180000CPH.
