Time-Lapse System (TLS), also known as time-lapse photographic
culture system, is an imaging
technology with instantaneous exposure and continuous shooting,
which can record the whole
process of embryo development from fertilization blastocyst
formation accurately, and condense
embryo information photos at different developmental stages into
high-definition videos, in order
to show the changes of embryonic development in different time
periods more intuitively. The
AlVFOTime-Lapse Incubator contains a built-in microscope with 20x
magnification for more
detailed observation of embryonic development.
The incubator software system records data at the same time, which
can display the operating
status of 10 culture chambers, including case information, culture
duration, chamber temperature,
chamber pressure, and culture status of 16 embryos in the culture
dish. Through multi-directional
data monitoring and observation, it helps embryologists to grade
embryos more comprehensively.
Time-Lapse System
- Using 10 independent culture chambers, embryos are placed in a
stable environment for independent culture
to avoid interference from other chamber. - 10 chambers operate independently, and non-culture chambers are in
a prepared state.
Separate use of culture dishes in each chamber or separate
disassembly and maintenance will not affect the
overall operation of the incubator. - Equipped with 12.3-inch high sensitivity precision touch
display.
Click the touch screen to view each embryo and the detailed data
inside the chamber;No carton, no delay
and the interface operation is smoother interface operation.
Faster And Clearer Imaging
- Equipped with 10 independent cameras and took an
all-round shot of the embryo at least every 5 minutes,
Al automatically selects the clearest photos to form
high-definition videos,which is convenient for intuitive
observation of the dynamic process of embryo
development and more comprehensive rating of the embryo. - Match with the AlVFO time lapse culture dish and the
culture hole designed with inclined plane and microhole
is convenient for placing embryos and discharging
bubbles during embryo culture. - Culture dishes are made of sterile, non-toxic polymer
materials, and has high transparency to make embryo
imaging clearer.
Safer And More Stable Environment
- Each of the 10 chambers is equipped with an independent
high-precision platinum thermal resistance thermostat,
which controls the upper and lower heating plates in the chamber
accurately, keeping the temperature within the
range of 37℃±0.2℃ . - Chamber opening and closing feedback ≤1s, chamber pressure recovery
time≤5s, temperature stabilization time≤1min.
- The monitoring system carries out independent real-time monitoring
of temperature, air pressure and other data for each chamber to
ensure the stability of the embryo culture environment.
