Materials and Adhesive Layer
Substrate: Made of paper or PE/PVC composite film to ensure a smooth surface and tear resistance.
Adhesive layer: an acrylic based adhesive layer with a thickness of 0.05-0.10mm, with an adhesive strength of 0.130-0.170kN/m, which can effectively capture particles with a diameter of ≥ 0.3 μ m.
Peel off design: Each layer of adhesive dust pad is separated by pre cut lines, allowing users to easily remove contaminated layers and avoid cross contamination.
