The largest diameter we can produce is 4.5 meters and the maximum length is 60 meters. The control mode has semi-automatic control and PLC automatic mode, which can be selected by customers. Pressure and temperature can also be customized according to customer requirements.

About quality management: Our company has own special flaw detection to ensure the quality of products.
Automatic submerged arc welding, it has advantages of good weld quality and good weld appearance. It also hasn’t arc radiation. And our company has own special flaw detection to ensure the quality of the machine.
Each plant must be doing water pressure test before leave factory, and government inspection personnel come our factory every week, and testing each plant.
Services: The company has a professional R & D center and testing center. The wood heat treatment equipment is a new product developed by our company. It uses electric heating to heat the wood to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion and anti-mite. Wood heat treatment is more environmentally friendly than traditional chemical immersion treatment.
