About quality management: HAOSTEEL is a comprehensive group company, we have four mills and more than 35 person in total specially working for quality research and control, most of them are gratuated from college, all of them have professional skill on quality inspection.
1. Dimension inspection, surface inspection, quantity inspection, packing inspection.
2. Chemical composition inspection, Tensile strength and Hardness test.
3. Water cutting machine, Laser cutting machine, Surface polishing machine.
4. Flattening Test, Hydrostatic Test, Ultrasonic Test, Eddy Current Test, Corrosion Test.
Services: The R&D center is located at the headquarters of Shanghai. The R&D center covers an area of 273,00 square meters. The actual research and development center is equipped with more than 800 square meters of R&D and testing sites, including 200m2 in the research and 400m2 in the trial production workshop. In order to ensure research and development capabilities, the company invested heavily in the purchase of research and development, testing, trial production equipment and obtained laboratory certification of international institutions such as TUV, 3A.
The R&D center has an independent chemical laboratory, mechanical performance room, and spectral analysis room. It can be used for engineering research and testing. The main equipment includes microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, Spike desktop direct reading spectrometer, and metallographic sample. Polishing machine, smoke testing machine, vortexing production line, automatic turret digital micro hardness tester, portable roughness meter and other professional scientific research equipment, can carry out product stretching, bending, flaring, flattening test, testing materials of Vickers The hardness value and sensitization treatment of low-carbon materials have laid a good foundation for the development, research and new product development of stainless steel material.
